This is Renegade Files Episode 123, The Book of Enoch, Fallen Angles, and Today’s Spiritual War.

300 years before Jesus walked the Earth ancient Jewish Scholar-Mystics created the Book of Enoch. It’s creation evolved in stages that covered 200 years and it eventually became essential to the studies of both Jewish and Christian leaders.

The power and knowledge of its teachings were reserved for the highest theologians. Such a book of scripture was, at the time, classified as apocryphal, which comes from the Greek word “apocrypha” meaning “hidden” or “secret”.

Originally, the term was used for sacred books whose contents were too exalted for reading by commoners, or even, the lower, less enlightened clergy.

But, as is often the case with powerful knowledge, the texts caused disagreements. The Book of Enoch was never included in the official Old Testament Bible, and was wholly erased from European history in the Middle Ages.

And this didn’t happen because the book had a few heretical parts. This is serious stuff. If the book of Enoch was allowed to become part of our Creation Myth Canon, it obliterates and rewrites our entire understanding of the human race. This is a creation populated by demons, giants, and aliens and not from some modern revisionist theories, but from ancient and revered writings.

So the book was denounced, banned, cursed, burned, and for a thousand years, forgotten.

But in 1773, rumors of a surviving copy compelled Scottish explorer James Bruce on a long journey into Ethiopia where he discovered that the Book of Enoch had been preserved by the Ethiopian church.

And as we read the stories about the Fallen Angels on Earth, their lusts and goals with Earthly women, the agendas of their Nephilim offspring, and its magical methods of manifestation, we begin to see the book’s fingerprints on geopolitical events. Its lore offers explanation for some otherwise seemingly illogical or evil deeds of the power elite.
